Premier League Introduce Five Subs | Footy Show Daily

The Premier League today passed some changes to the competition rules after the 20 clubs agreed to being able to use 5 substitutes and 9 players on the bench once the Premier League resumes. This has been used in the Bundesliga to good effect so far.

In other news Scotland have agreed to start the Scottish Premier League on August 1st 2020 and the SPL clubs can resume training from June 11th 2020. Gareth Bale wants to remain at Real Madrid for the remainder of his contract and Manchester City will have to wait for almost two months to find out their fate as to whether their European ban will be upheld following their hearing in the court of appeal on June 8th.
