Lifelong Evertonian, Helena Vaughan, received an April Fools surprise this morning which ended in her receiving a 2015 / 16 Season Ticket. 

Helena entered a competition on evertonfc.com to find a ‘chosen’ Everton Fan that has been to extreme lengths to watch the Blues in action.  With a Season Ticket at stake the competition received hundreds of entries with Helena’s story coming top of pile and chosen by Club Ambassador Graeme Sharp. 

Helena travelled to Everton games both home and away during her pregnancy including a trip to Burnley two days before she gave birth to Baby  William – who already has the nickname Baby Blue.

Everton tv arrived at Helena’s parents’ house to surprise her with her winning Season Ticket, although they were slightly different in appearance – they were donned in Red trim offering a Season Ticket at Anfield. 

Helena’s shock subsided when Graeme Sharp appeared as she cried “Thank God you’re here!”  Graeme presented Helena with her prize as well as some ‘We Are Chosen’ merchandise.
