Everton 4 (FOUR) – 0 Manchester United

Siren F.C. at it again. Marco’s Toffees have just wrecked Manchester United at Goodison with the help of Richarlison, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Lucas Digne and Theo Walcott secured three points and a third consecutive home win, ten points in the last twelve at Goodison and a couple of good wins away from Goodison thrown in there for good measure. Silva’s identity is here and with a few tweaks, we will be a great side next season. Let’s go and get 7th , potentially a Europa League place, and get back for a good season next year.

Jordan Pickford: 10/10
Outstanding. Kicking perfect all game from Jordan, had nothing to do in the main but set the tempo from his goal kicks.

Seamus Coleman; 10/10
Perfect. The model right back performance from Seamus. Since the seventeen day break (and he’s said it once…) Coleman has been great apart from last week at Fulham. Needs a competitor next season but a key part of how we play under Marco Silva nevertheless. I love his link with Richarlison on the right, it is ace that.

Michael Keane: 10/10
He has an edge that Jags does not have. He is an incredible defender. Baz was right, I was wrong, he is ace. All hail Michael Keane.

Kurt Zouma: 10/10
At about 2.45pm today I was contemplating doing a whip round, around the ground to fund this lad. He is an immense central defender. He has grown on me as the season has progressed.

Lucas Digne: Infinity/10 (MOTM)
The best left back in the league. Lucas Digne. Magnificent. Honestly he is incredible. Such a gifted player as well as a solid defender. He is a touch of class others in his position do not have. I just love the lad.

Idrissa Gueye: 10/10
What a player! He can not be human. For sure he had a bad game against Fulham but he made up for it here. He also was annoying Paul Pogba which gets a big thumbs up from me. Let’s hope he wants to stay at Goodison is all I can say.

Morgan Schneiderlin: 9.5/10
This is going to seem so harsh but he lacked an edge everyone else had. He was still great, but you can see he’s been out of the team for a while.

Richarlison: 10/10
When he is at it, he is incredible. Diego Dalot will be made up that game is over as he was torn apart by Richarlison, to be fair, he was bossed by Walcott too. Poor fullback, great winger? I’m going to say great winger!

Gylfi Sigurdsson: 10/10
What a goal. What a player. What a performance. Ran rings around them all afternoon and they probably wish Gylfi was their player. He’s not. He’s ours.

Bernard: 10/10
As the song goes, he torn them apart. We need to build our side around Bernard, everything positive came through him and it is something we have to look at because the lad is class.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin: 9/10
Worked valiantly but the quality was not quite there at times, again, same as Morgan, still very good but he lacked something others had.

Subs:

Theo Walcott: 10/10
I am aware that I have just given Theo Walcott a ten.

Phil Jagielka: 6/10

James McCarthy: 10/10
Made up for Macca. Love him.

Marco Silva: 10 out of 10.
What a manager

See you next week,
