On this episode of Toffee TV, Ped and Baz are joined by Sunday Times sports reporter Jonathan Northcroft, to look back at Everton’s 1-1 draw with West Ham in the Premier League.
The Blues had to come from a goal down to take a point at the Boleyn Ground after Manuel Lanzini had given The Hammers the lead on the 29th minute, but thanks to a delightful through ball by Gerard Deulofeu, Romelu Lukaku was on hand to equalise in the 43rd minute and score his 7th goal in 7 games against West Ham for Everton.
The game was also marred by controversy as Dimitri Payet hobbled off after a dangerous looking tackle by James McCarthy. The Everton midfielder received a yellow card for the challenge, which many felt was a red card offence.
